Step 2: Prepare Your ID

• To protect your account from unauthorized access, we must verify that it's really you.
• What to attach: A clear photo or scan of one (1) valid government-issued ID (e.g., Driver's License, Passport, UMID, or Postal ID).
• Privacy First: You may black out your signature or any ID numbers not related to your name and photo. We only use this for verification and delete it once the request is complete.

Step 3: Send to Our Privacy Team

• Email your completed form and ID to privacy@adspark.ph.
• What happens next? You will receive an acknowledgement email reply.
• Timeline: Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) will review your request and provide a full response within 30 working days, as mandated by the Philippine Data Privacy Act.
